I would imagine that corporations/LLCs prosper from having brokerage arms attached to their business because they can count on them to be reliable.

Right now I'd focus on tightening up the website first and attaching your own domain name to the website if possible.

As @Rob Beland if they want their money they will gladly obtain the people who are attached to settle.
