I have seen several corporations and LLC's prospering having a brokerage arm attached to their business. I could probably research all the big buy and hold investors, etc, well, now that I think about it, the proof is in the pie, I don't have to research it.
The actual cash investors for the most part are not licensed in real estate. They just pay people who are from their company (ies) funds.
How is this done?
