When someone responds, it's often from their knowledge of their situation and may not apply to wherever you are.

I'm assuming the 2-year wait period will apply whether it's a property I'm buying off the MLS or an unmortgaged property I already own.

I know of a landlord with hundreds of units units having flat roots.

I have a question about the rules for delayed financing, although I'm sure this question applies to multiple refi scenarios....We are under contract on a FSBO for cash.
