How do I exit private/hard $ after leasing without a W2 income?
Hey BP,
I'm transitioning into a career as a mortgage loan officer and mobile closing notary at the end of September. I'll need to start utilizing private/hard money to continue acquiring properties. Problem is, I don't know how I'm going to mortgage them after they're acquired and leased. I'm assuming the 2-year wait period will apply whether it's a property I'm buying off the MLS or an unmortgaged property I already own. Or am I mistaken? TIA!
