That's a good option for when you are out of paper checks, or they do away with them altogether. ;)I'm still comparing features to pricing across some sites to see what I "want" vs "need "vs "didn't know I needed".I do like that you have a paper option for account setup for tenants which don't have a computer or smart phone (yes, I have one of those, but I'd like to convince him to convert).

You get maybe every 4th lead to sell yourself or you get a flat fee or % per house that you are able to close and get under contract.Again... it's just being creative, resourceful and jumping out of your comfort zone.Good luck and enjoy the journey!
