I was not there when the hallway and foyer was done and saw they did not remove it because the quarter round was not put down yet and allowed me to see (after pulling up one plank) they laid over top.How do I adjust for payment to deduct what was not completed?

Maybe collecting the rent in the future, but with just 4 tenants its not that big of a deal now.I also go get the quarters out of the washer and dryer every month.

Does this scenario work. 1) My dad and uncle create self directed IRA accounts 2) The LLC is formed. 3) My dad and Uncle and personal friend then all send in funds to the LLC's bank. 4) Operations begin. 5)The distributions of profits would go quarterly to the two self directed IRA's, my personal account and my friends account.If the percentages of ever changed this LLC would have to be dissolved in order to not be considered a prohibited transaction?

It the one that is just north of Ala moana shopping center..its front is a half circle. and there are about 4 new towers going up around it.In the day it was top of the pop 20 years ago when it was built.Anyway we hang out there every quarter for 10 days or so.
