Fifth Realty is looking to hire an experienced and aggressive licensed Real Estate Broker to run and manage our new Philadelphia, PA sales office. As one of the most important hires in our company’s history, the Real Estate Broker will need to play a key role in the growth of the company as we look to staff up to 250+ agents. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity with huge income possibilities. The ideal candidate will have management experience and a high in-depth knowledge of commercial and residential real estate, with a preference being placed on experience in the Philadelphia market. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

-Licensed Broker with at least 5 years’ experience in real estate and leasing.

-Ability to support agents in their daily activity with a teacher’s mentality to make agents more productive.

-Desire to work in a startup environment with hopes of influencing the corporate culture

-Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, and agency rules.

- Analytical skills required, including the financial skills and ability to interpret bank/investor financial statements.

- Must be flexible, tenacious, and accurate.

- Ability to meet performance goals on a monthly and/or quarterly basis.

- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.

- Proficient in Windows-based software. Knowledge of CRM systems are a plus.
