(This is actually advice Brandon gave in one of his books on a flip that went poorly).As far as the strategy goes, monthly furnished rentals (especially through the Airbnb platform) is my favorite rental strategy.

Just me brainstorming here, but...You could potentially build a rent collection platform on top of something like Stripe and owners can hire you to process their rents.

Zillow's collection platform is separate from the rental/purchase platform.

Our property manager lists all of our rentals on Zillow and from the data I see, it is the platform that generates the most tenant bookings for a property tour.I believe it is free, unless you want to pay $30/month for their premium version.Please do not hesitate to reach out, connect, and DM me if you want to discuss more.

I do a lot of group investing through a platform called Tribevest.  

Might be a great platform for you to learn how to invest with a VA loan.

I think as many others said, leavings reviews on as many platforms they have as well recommending them to family and friends will seriously go a long way.
