Good Morning BP-I have recently acquired an apartment complex in Sumter, South Carolina and I'm looking to build an effective team in the area to enable me to do more deals.

There are some strategies that you may come across that enable investors to skirt the rules - it's recommended that those be thoroughly investigated before proceeding with them.

It won't allow carry out showings and inspections for you but it will enable you to automate or streamline a lot of the day-to-day tasks (rent collection, tenant screening, accounting, etc), giving you more time for other things.

In my day job, I am a certified Salesforce Administrator and am very curious about learning other database systems for Real Estate.

Doing so, you'll have to pay a monthly office technology fee at a minimum to use the office services (internal network, agent websites, CRM databases, helpdesk, company online training).

I've cringed at the cost of ours sometimes, but advice has been invaluable and has enabled us to do bigger deals and have bigger tax savings...
