You have massive potential in Sumter! As someone who has bought a house in Sumter, lives in Sumter, and works at Shaw AFB you have great potential here. You have a huge military personnel cliental. And with military getting an allowance every month for housing you have a fixed amount of money that you already know, they will be able to make rent. And if you have a military tenant that doesn't pay, instead of having to pay high court fees you can go straight to their leadership to get your money. And there is already talks about having more military personnel come to Shaw.
