We will be purchasing the properties and our builder will be responsible for labor and materials on a 50/50 profit split. 

Builders are coming in tearing down these 1950s houses and rebuilding.

I'm looking for a comprehensive suite of software like Fortune Builders uses (not sure how good that works, either, since it seems to be RealFlow with a private label?)

Me in Realtor mode thought "sweet, quick 6% in 2 weeks and a list back after 1 or 2 phone calls to some local builders".
