You could ask the guys at the Home Depot Builders Desk for referrals they might know.I hope you get several answers that will help you. 

That is a tough one to answer, especially not knowing your age but I will assume you are in your mid-twentys. 

So take some time to see what's going on at a base near you if you have any questions of what bases are great rental markets please feel free to reach out and I am sure some of the wonderful people of BP can answer some of those questions.

I know that was a ton of questions, but I appreciate any help you could offer either in answering or pointing me in the right direction.

With a written policy, you will never have to think about this issue again and can provide the same answer to every tenant.
