my friend that has the company in Oregon building them found that out and now is going high end with his and getting traction he sold 18 of them this year for more money than U would spend on a stock stick built. 

why is it so hard to get a good realtor in detroit either they are lazy or wanna make u buy what they feel you should have thats crazy 

seeing as u are a single member llc, i think the usalegal forms one will be sufficient

It doesn't look taht clean but everything I see listed is over $200k a unit and many go for $250-300k/uThis one is $180k a unit and is 2/1 and 1/1s x8 u.  

It is also adjacent to U of R.
