operating agreement

Hi all;
I am in Columbus, OH and just filed for my LLC. Anyone have suggestions on drafting the operating agreement for someone like myself who is a single member LLC, mainly doing long term rentals, LO's, and occasional flips/assignments? I just need some general advice on the basics and I can have my attorney review and fine tune it. Mainly wondering on the verbage concerning using funds from the LLC, meetings, etc. Any help or sample forms to review would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

Eric
