I suggest you do not allow that, since you probably are not set up to accept credit cards, since there is a fee to the merchant to accept a payment via credit card, and since the card holder can dispute a charge.

My advice would be to go find the deal, lock it up via an option or loose purchase contract and then shop for the money.

Although, most wholesale transactions tend to be houses in need of rehab, just because that creates a big motivation for the seller and/or can prevent them from being able to sell the property retail via a realtor.As for "using the house as collateral"...

There are also pictures of the move in the town museum - it was the kind of event for which everything else in town stopped.There is an overly dramatized show on HGTV called Massive Moves whose premise is moving buildings to new locations via truck, barge, rail, ice road, etc.
