That puts us back a hundred + years, as not all organizations in all communities can cope with the problems.

That organization is all but toothless *except* when it comes to property managers, property managers are required to have good books & all their paperwork in order, & if that isn't the case, the department will be all over them - locking the doors & shutting them down hard.

There are lots more but I have not organized them the way I should.

It was a unique property, that was also within 5 minutes to major shopping.

Does not do depreciation and more advanced accounting but it great for marketing and keeping organized and track of everything.

This is why I asked for ideas/suggestions to see if there are any creative/unique ideas out there.

I can be an accountant for many different organizations.

I can work with spreadsheet though honestly most of them are poorly organized and provide half of the needed information.It can take a little bit to setup QuickBooks for rentals but once setup it can work well.

I'm hearing that there are many people from the Houston area looking for short-term rentals even this far away.I already have four traditional rental properties and have done three flips, so I have some basis of comparison, but I'm mostly looking for what is unique about short-term rental in this market.
