The trick at the large REIAs is that the majority of people will be newbies with little or no experience.

One of my favorite "tricks" I use is having 2 different cancellation policy options. 1 is non-refundable, 1 is fully refundable if cancelled 30+ days out.

Although the principles are the same, I get the feeling prices are a lot different up here (SFD being sold for an average of $700,000), if anyone has any tips/tricks on how to get my feet wet in expensive markets, with the long term goal of earning 10K/month in cash flow I would very much love to hear it!
