Very few people do them well, you end up with a room that wasn't designed to be one, it's often an odd shape/size, has a sloping floor and makes your HVAC system autmatically undersized.The ONLY way I would consider it would be if I (not renters) needed an exra bedroom (like having twins or triplets) in a hurry and could not afford anything else.

from google st its not look so nice and the average price range that homes sold there is- 10,000-20,000 but my agent insists that its a good income property with big rental demand even in this era, and could easily rent for 750the house looks nice..good shape and good priceIm not from the Us and I mostly thrust his advices..but I dont know...what do you think?
