Hey

The local people that live in lansing

what do you think on Gray St in lansing michigan 48912?

is it a good era to invest in?

from google st its not look so nice and the average price range that homes sold there is- 10,000-20,000 but my agent insists that its a good income property with big rental demand even in this era, and could easily rent for 750

the house looks nice..good shape and good price

Im not from the Us and I mostly thrust his advices..but I dont know...what do you think?

if someone have experience with investing in lansing era please help me with this one. It my first time that Im buying house in US.
