I've finally seem to found my niche in short term housing for traveling medical professionals.

I am an artist, photographer and traveler, born in WA raised in FL, traveled to 13 countries competing in a sport called Flowboarding and landed in Ogden, UT 2 years ago because of my sport.I've decided to stay in one spot for a while and I'm looking for my first home in Salt Lake City to house hack!

@Hen LeyIf you do not have any expenses related to your lending - then lending under your name is fine for tax purposes.If you do have expenses, such as education, travel, fees to intermediaries etc. - then discuss it with a good tax pro.

My mother in law right now is under the care of her son in San Francisco, She has liver cancer, too weak to travel, so we doubt she'll ever return to her coop.

I am not completely against it tho as Cooperstown isn't far away and it could be a potential lucrative summer AirBnB option for all the people that travel there for baseball.  

I will be getting my real estate license in July and am hoping to start work as an intern/ assistant while I travel back and fourth between TX and MO.

Can travel to and experience the wild and exotic when wanted, but overall contentment is where it's at IMO. 

My goal is to gain financial freedom and being able travel where ever and wake up whenever I want to. 

I still have currency from Zimbabwe from a traveler who gave it to me.

A little back story: I am a fulltime Travel OR/CVOR Nurse  and my wife and 4 girls travel with me wherever I go.
