Short answer is yes but the correct structuring may depend if the properties are leveraged or not. 

Having this experience with your first deal can help you identify what services and processes you want your future management companies to provide and follow. 

However, navigating the existing mortgage and structuring a deal that aligns with your rental income might require some creative solutions.
