Greetings all! 

Checking in from Okaloosa County FL! 

I became a landlord by default 10 years ago when I bought a restaurant with attached rental properties ... which I have since sold. 

I moved to this area 3+ years ago and now face an empty nest as the last of our 4 boys is set to spread his wings in a little over a year! So we (wife and I) are ready to make that final push towards retirement with long term buy and hold properties!!

I am digging in to all the great info, here on BP, through books and locally as well! 

Looking forward to connecting with like-minded people

I am hoping my obsession for structure, organization and spreadsheets serves me well on this adventure!

I have a TON of questions and info to absorb so be ready BP'ers!

Great info on the BRRRR's and STR's as that is my target area!

I met Matt briefly a week or so ago at a Meetup in Fort Walton and will be attending the Team Roar meeting in Niceville next week.
