My name is Bria. I am new to the Bigger Pockets community as well as the real estate industry as a whole. I plan to flip my first property this year whether it be a mobile home, single family home or land. Im thinking it would be best to start off with a cosmetics only flip but I am open to other opportunities. I am here to learn and network as I embark on this journey.
