I have low money and was wondering, "how smart is this".

Would bird dogging be a smart way to get started into wholesaling considering I have a year before I turn 18?

Smart way to get that deal to a retail buyer.

I recently paid to attend a Rich Dad Poor Dad investment class, but after I did research, looks like that wasn't a smart move.

The market will demand these services and someone will be smart enough to figure out how to deliver it to the market.  

Might be a long shot but I would provide as much info as possible on this site and there are many smart people here who may have a creative idea

Is it a smart move in general, to be buying the lines someone else doesn't want anymore ?

I am smart enough to know that there are implications because it is going from one owner to another.

I am in the research/education phase and trying not to make a move until I have a smart educated move.  

I am torn because I am figuring that the electric cost to heat the unit won't be too high since I will be getting the apartment fully insulated, so with that in mind I would ideally like to find a gas space heater to just replace the one that is currently installed, but it doesn't seem like these are a commonly used heating device like they were 40 years ago when this one was installed.
