My First Wholesale Deal!

This is the first house I wholesaled in Grandview, MO.

Through this deal I learned the value of relationships; knowing other Wholesalers, Real Estate agents, etc. 

Deal info:

Under contract: $35,000

Other Wholesaler brought Real Estate Agent

Real Estate agent brought buyer

Purchase price: $50,000

Assignment fee split 3 ways: $5,000 each!

It always pays to network! Property sold in about 21 days.
