Anyone have any insight into the Central Florida or Space Coast Multi Unit Investing? 

It was a four unit that the county converted to an office space and now are selling.

They do not provide gap funding, this is a misconception that lots of newer players in the space have because they want to get into a deal with higher leverage than 80%.

On the days I don’t have much going on I feel excited to buy real estate, but the next day might be packed with work and I don’t have the brain space to think about acquiring property.

Honestly though, for $1.2 million I would stay in the multifamily space.

In short, for those of us following standard procedures of having cleaners wipe down all surfaces between weekly turnovers the risk to the average guest (even in a space where an infected individual just left) is still likely quite minimal.  

Check out your HOA's CC&R info and see if your HOA will be generous in covering more than the shared spaces.

The 1/1 we lived in had a kitchen that couldn’t fit two people, the oven didn’t work, and the rear burners we couldn’t use since space was so sparse we had the spices right there.

This is a 3/2 upstairs and a 1/1 downstairs with living space no full kitchen.

My strategy for commercial is buy and hold and i know that i will have to put the work in to build up my skill set and i am willing to do the work This is a great space to be in.
