@Brandon Turner did something similar to this and wrote about it in a post I read a while back. 

Hey Michael- in your prior post you noted being able to put less down on the home as a down payment when asked why the PHA program was of interest.

I'm willing to pay $250k for the home, I was hoping they would counter with something near this range, I've read other posts of people having 5 -6 counters back and forth with Fannie before they reduce the price.
