New Orleans residents feel that AirBNB's have ruined the neighborhoods and character of living in New Orleans, making housing unaffordable for musicians and service industry workers and that the city has plenty of hotels for tourists to stay in.Adding units may be very easy or next to impossible depending on the zoning and neighborhood where the house is located.

I have worked with investors on multi family homes and apartment buildings up to 24 units.   

Two units are occupied, will need to pay them to move out.

@James Wise Do you offer any discounts on your property management for larger multi-units?

Goal is a cashflow MF property (ideally 4 units+) as long as the numbers make sense. 

I currently own four units and I'm looking to scale and create partnerships.

my question I stay in the dc area and only do Air b and b or Coprate if you get a person that does not want to leave out of your unit it will take you close to a year to get them out due to the laws please chime in?

Imagine Nvidia with their money from selling GPU could buy the entire United States distressed office building.

Collaborating with a developer on a multi-unit building or exploring newly built properties in burgeoning neighborhoods could be advantageous.

I agree with rents, especially with the increase of developments pushing "non-luxury" unit prices down.
