Hello,

I've been a member with the free version for a while, just purchased the Pro. I live, work, and invest in Kitsap County, WA - 12 miles due west of Seattle. I currently own four units and I'm looking to scale and create partnerships. My area has a strong economy, high rental rates, and a very large military and civil service presence. Both rental and purchase markets are robust. I've also been a real estate broker for the last 10 years. If you need a partner for deals this side of the pond, reach out!
