It gives a personal feel and seems to lessen the "sales" mentality that some buyers have of us.

We have one STR, and it really is about 2hrs/week of work, but it is constant nature of the work and mental load that is wearing on us with managing one.

What would be a simple fix for me (bath exhaust fan swap or sink trap leak) required a licensed repair person for them.

Or end up settling for a crappy one that they self-sourced b/c they feel okay about the fact that a seller didn't profit.I’ll never understand that mentality.

It would be nice to hear if anyone else struggles with this and what you do to overcome the mental aspect of this journey.
