I doubt their experience in management and based on the poor website, I would doubt they are well capitalized to do what they claim to do.I don't know if you noticed the multiple misspellings on the site (which I confess I misspell on here all the time when I am typing fast), but a website is so important that usually there are multiple people making sure it looks perfect.

I read that several times and didn’t see anything from Airbnb about why they are continuing to deny trip insurance claims for refunds for cancellations due to CV-19 purposes - the very insurance that THEY marketed and sold to guests.I guess Airbnb exempts themselves from “extenuating circumstances.”

My general insurance denied my claim because it wasn’t over my deductible at least the part that wasn’t the city code issue, which wasn’t covered.
