We're in the middle of moving the site to a new hosting environment . . . the development team has been working since 1am EST on this and hopefully in the coming hours we'll be back to 100%.  

If you offer him/her half the profit, it sounds like you are incredibly generous.  

Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment, work well under pressure, and multi-task efficiently.

Anything that hurts cash flow is almost always a negative in my opinion, but my general rule of thumb about the taxes argument is this: if you live in a high taxes area, and thus accustomed to high-ish taxes, you're acclimated to that type of environment and another tax hike may not scare you off. 

It has however provided me with an incredible amount of insight from people already making big money doing this, as well as what goes on behind the scenes of a transaction and it began to occur to me that that experience was valuable.

@Bob BowlingThe problem with this argument in today's environment as I see it (and I have nothing to sell so this is how I thought about it for myself) is three fold.

Very grateful for the summit last year, as I learned so much and made some incredible connections. 

Having someone you trust in town to give you that kind of advice is an incredible asset, and equally important is hiring the right management company who is experienced with the lower end rental market in town.  

That's huge.What I find so great about this data is that it’s typically incredibly fresh, and they even tell you how old it is before mailing it.

Working in the right environment and with people that will help you grow and learn is what will make you successful.
