Personally, I operate 2 other business from abroad, so I've learned a lot of short cuts and also where to set aside time and a trip back for face time.

If you don't know anyone anywhere you would like to invest pick some places you would like to visit now you get a trip and can make part of it business trying to network with investors and agents.

A select few days or weeks of airbnb might bring in a tremendous amount of income, and provide a good excuse for you and a couple of army buddies to get out of town on a trip if you can get creative like that. 

We have a trip booked in May to visit and would love to connect with investors, agents, and property managers to find people to work with and alongside.Are there any property managers that you’ve had a good experience with, who work well with out of state investors?

I took a trip down to my local tax assessors office and planning department, but they gave me the usual run-around of applications, signatures, fees, 30 working business days etc. just to get a copy of the floor plans.

Wasted trip, wasted money, wasted time.Don't get me started on how many times we've been told a casino was coming.DeVol Patrick seemed to have a great affinity for this area and was open to spending money here.

We'll be going for a house hunting trip next month so we are trying to plan as best as possible.

If someone trips and falls in a property owned by an LLC they typically can only sue the Owner which is the LLC and any assets it owns are at risk.It is best to make it difficult for someone to determine what you own.
