International Real Estate Investing

Hello,

We recently relocated to Europe from the USA for a few years for my husband's employment.

I have been interested in real estate for a few years now, but never really looked into it. I'm a stay at home mom and thought I'll do it one day...

However, I think something with the huge move, "woke me up" and I'd like to see what I can do sooner than later.

Has anyone invested in property in the USA while living abroad? Besides the distance, (I just bought Long Distance Real Estate Investing) are there any other issues that someone may not anticipate when dealing internationally?

I'd love to hear your experiences if you'd like to share!

Thanks,

Laura
