I would still consider myself a newbie at wholesaling, so I am looking to expand my network as my business grows.  

I like to look at census and job growth data and see how or if the area I'm looking to invest in is growing.

I understand the area is growing especially with the new stadium.

Going from 3-5 to 20-25 at any given time is very challenging both in-house crew wise, extra more challenge if you hire out to subcontractor (I never believed you can have success if you're using them), even with an in-house crew, growing 3-5x a year should be a good pace to scale, this way you can test your abilities and how strong your group is.

If you are ever sued the attorneys will attempt to "pierce the viel" which means to show that you were operating as an individual rather than a corporation.

All the online sites are so misleading, since they pull their comps from recent sales but never ever consider the features and amenities of any specific property.
