I find it, lets say "ethically challenging" to knowingly put the sellers in a position where they're getting taken advantage of..  

I love the fact that he puts ethics and morals above the fact of legality.

I understand the fact that discounted Property Managers tend to produce less work ethic to Property Owners.

So lots might come down to personal ethical issues (the biggest point of conversation around our office is we need to be getting our sellers of the listing the best price possible and exposing them on the MLS for a reasonable and fair amount of time is the best course of action for that -- and best for our housing market prices as a whole, like future comps and stuff like that.)As for wholesalers using agents, I'm on a few lists and get some local listings, one, for me personally from an investment standpoint, and two, for my buyers.

I actually thought one of the posters on this thread MIGHT be an ethical person until their BOGUS escape clause was mentioned.

It is downright poor business practices, poor ethics, and laziness. 

In addition to being a potential violation of State law in Texas ( I know it is in Ohio) wholesaling that property would also be a violation of the NAR code of ethics.
