How do you communicate?

First off, I do own my own communications company currently, but am looking to expand into real estate as my side business/ 2nd business.

This title company has been horrible when it comes to communication, but their last update to me was basically that they still haven't found (or had a reply from) the ground rent owner.

In doing so, you will become astonishingly efficient at running numbers, interest rates, PITI, taxes, etc, off the top of your head.

Yes, I am looking at multiple options includes selling it if that will be more cost efficient. 

She responds to my text (two days later) we agree there has been some bad communication, and she mentions she thinks my partner was hostile towards her when asking her to move the vehicles.  

No matter how thorough my communication is, people still take cars/vans where they shouldn’t go and get stuck in mud or snow.
