I haven't seen too many lists that suggest West Palm is a great investment opportunity, but the city has a lot to offer and they are promoting to the vacationers. 

Chicago is big and diverse every kind of re is available in every price range and every quality.There's both good and bad.

There are some promotions running regarding discounts on rates if you draw so much at closing, no annual fees, no closing costs, etc. 

Then add in Advertising and promotions to get your name out there.
