So just like you cannot say "No wheelchairs", you also cannot say no to ESAs.You can ask if they have pets, you can ask if they have an emotional support animal, but you fall down a slippery slope if you ask, then deny them a tenancy. 

You can't deny it!!

Learning all of these tips and tricks is what makes it fun in my opinion.My scenario is this: -was in process of buying 3 unit multi from boss-got denied FHA bc he was my boss and also seller of property (identity of interest)-bought the house (actually, got paid) to buy the house with a portfolio loan -am currently house hacking that 3 unit multifamilyMy question is..Am I still able to qualify for an FHA loan with 3.5% down?

I rely on my agent to confirm or deny my own findings as you still have to do your own due diligence.

However, it was denied because the property is in the name of my LLC so the bank could not do a personal/residential loan on it.

If you go with the cheapest company, when you have a claim, you will be more likely denied.

I’m new as well but I’m not sure why any bank would deny you service because of real estate ventures. 

They denied the loan and wanted to see his liquidity first. 

YES or  NO and Initials Required at the bottom of the application before they sign and date it states the following TENANCY WILL BE DENIED if any information is misrepresented on this application.

Can anyone confirm or deny this?
