Business Account for my LLC

I'm a new investor and need to open a business account for my LLC. The account will be used to pay contractors, hard money loans, and everything else. My question is what bank(s) should I open an account with and how do I tell the bank my business is primarily real estate ventures without getting turned down?

This has never been a problem. Shop around to banks until you find one that works for you. Be careful of the larger banks that charge all kinds of business account fees. I do millions in business every year and have nearly a dozen different accounts. I don't pay fees on any of them.
