A friend and I did a one day shopping spree to stock the kitchen with everything but food (silverware, counter appliances, dishes, towels, pots & pans, glassware, utensils, etc.   

However, if you provide services to your tenants such as maid services, linen changing, food services, or concierge services, you will need to file a partnership return.

I would say my end goal would be to have a flat in Rome, this is one of my favorite European cities due to the rich culture and amazing food.

There is no cost or fee, but I ask that everyone buys food and drinks from Rusty's pizza because they generously let us use their private meeting room.

We can't cook in our home because roaches would be on our food after leaving it for 5 minutes so we've been eating out which costs a lot more money.

Pay fast food workers $22/hour. 25% tax on anyone that sells a property within 5 years of purchase, any vacant hotel rooms must be made available to the homeless, stealing less than $1,000 isn’t a crime, protests against cleaning up parks, free drug needles, camping on the sidewalk and in peoples yards is a right, etc etc etc. 15 years ago NONE of these things would have been predicted. 

Cooking, cleaning, and storage (which translates to cupboards for food and the fridge).
