There have been a whole lot of investor activity around Cabbagetown, Edgewood, Kirkwood, Reynoldstown due to the Beltline and people in general wanting to stay inside the perimeter attract new families, empty nesters, students etc.

Really that is an okay down payment on a 2BR condo most decent areas near there, at best.In Lowell if you the idea is to get a place that is attractive to students you can get a little further with that kind of money.

I am not crying a lot of tears over the poor little financial institutions that may occasionally get a foreclosure messed up, they have dealt the rest of the world plenty of misery there will never be enough pay back for them.

In order to get your total "net worth" you would add up ALL of your assets (real estate, stocks, bonds, cash, etc,) and subtract out the debt (credit cards, mortgage, student loans, car note, etc.) in order to get your overall net worth position.
