Is the BP mobile app only for Apple users?

Then I realized what I really want is passive income to eventually quit my day job.....but first I need cash to pay off my debt....oh, wait you can carry contracts on mobile homes and they are cheap to get into...or wholesaling.....I'm exhausted now I need to take a nap lol.Seriously here are my goals:My net worth is about -110k , yes that's a minus sign.

I've been thinking about starting in mobile homes cause they are all over here.

Also highly recommend Frank Rolfe and the Mobile Home University Program; they have a really good model.Many parks can be purchased using owner financing.

We have big ideas and lots drive and figured working with used mobile homes was a great entry point for us.

With that said my most awe inspiring deal for me was my very 1st one.It may be because it was my first deal but looking back this was a great first deal to open my eyes to mobile homes as profit generating investments.After many failed attempts at marking I received a call from a seller.

Once I pulled into the mobile home park my mouth dropped at the fact I was looking at mobile homes, albeit attractive mobile homes.

I'm guessing this has been covered somewhere, but alas, there does not appear to be a search function on the mobile app, so I can't find it!
