If anyone is interested, I'd be willing to tell it... every set back and disheartening moment that ultimately led to a successful business.  

If it has tenants, this sometimes causes the property to sit since they can make it difficult to set up a time to see all the units. 

I'm still fairly new to investing as well... just got my RE license, preparing my first DM campaign, and a few other things to set everything up.

What specifically do you disagree with about that sort of goal setting?

It doesn't always take a bankroll either- I've found properties through cold calling property owners directly as well which just takes some time and persistence.

Should I find someone to set up the accounts and then teach me how to do the entries?

(although I also have connected with some agents and have given them my criteria and have me set up on auto-email so those properties get sent to me automatically).
