Sliding closet doors vs. bifold doors

Almost 100% it is because of one of two reasons: either the door gets broken and the tenant tosses it out rather than letting us know, or they take them off so they can use the closet without the doors (such as a nook office) and then put the door somewhere where it gets ruined (outside is popular, in the rain) or gets nabbed by hobos cruising neighborhoods looking for things to steal.

@Rob WallaceCredit unions typically do not lend to LLC’s I will focus on another topic - I strongly recommend your operating agreement have terms preset if things personally go bad and one has to buy the other out.

For example (I may have already mentioned before), Alltec software doesn't have remote access function so you will have to go to the office to log on to computer if there's any issue occurred after hour (you can get around this by doing remote access to your office computer but the new Windows 10 system makes it not so easy and I still haven't done it successfully...).
