New to REI - Should I get my RE license or no?
I am a travel nurse but have been saving up to start REI in the Milwaukee area (where my husband and I plan to eventually settle down). As I continue to save, I am considering getting my RE license. I have lots of extra time on my hands, am self motivated, and mostly have a desire to learn more about real estate. I figured, while I'm doing my own research/self paced education by reading books, I might as well take a course as well and get my RE license! Then I gain knowledge and hopefully can be my own agent. I'm wondering, is it worth it? Why or why not? And if it is, what course is typically recommended? Any advice is appreciated!
