I own 3 out of the 9 units in the building so not sure if I can get financing under conventional FNMA guidelines.With the blanket loan, what types of terms do you normally see?

(FYI, We are trying to build a small (5 to 6 properties), high quality portfolio in the next 5 years, planning on putting 25-30% down)The investment opportunity in question is a new build, single-family home with a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout, accompanied by a 2-car garage, located in the neighborhood of Wesley Chapel, FL.

We've flipping and ground-up spec building for 15 years and lending for 33.

About 75% in retirement accounts (401Ks, IRA, Roth) others in brokerage accounts and few misc ones.Goal: Grow my Net Worth and build wealth.

That's the plan going forward - to split them off and either build on or sell those lots. 

My approach is similar to building a rental portfolio for properties that I can give to clients that are in safe neighborhoods where I want my family to live.
