It will be interesting to see what happens in Dec/Jan if they stop the unemployment boost benefits 

The client signs a Special Power of Attorney that is related to only that real estate transaction so the agent can complete the real estate transaction on behalf of the client.What I have is over 20 years of operations management, including being an active real estate investor from 1997 - 2005 where I personally closed three real estate deals without using a single penny of my own money (was paid $15K to buy my first house) resulting in net equity of $350K; I managed two real estate deals for clients that resulted in RIOs of 150% in four months and 317% in six months respectively; and at the height of m real estate investing I personally controlled nine properties with initial costs of $1.8 million with less than $30K cash and created over $250K in equity over a four month period.I currently manage a $106 million operating budget for Santa Barbara County's Mental Health Department where I am the CFO and Deputy Director of Finance and Administration through the end of September (I am leaving to work on my management company full-time). 

If you look at the sales of places like restoration hardware, which specialize in $10,000 couches, COVID has boosted these places and a desire for comfort and safety instead of being in the  "thick of all the action". 

Go through the 3, 5, 7 year grind of learning this business, doing a few deals the old-fashioned way, and building a large series of mental models.

I wanted hardwood because I thought it would boost rents but got title.  

Stay away from "boosting" posts and the like. 

He seems very mentally aware & still moves around well.

In our society, women still bear the vast majority of the mental and emotional burden of raising children. 

They could not care less whether the general public thinks it's an appraisal or not, they care that as many people provide as much traffic as possible to boost their advertising rates.

But if they live in it, I have some mental block that I dont want to knock and ask them about it, because, I dont know, I think it may be offensive or something.
