What would you recommend regarding materials and appliances for a kitchen rehab intended to serve dual purpose as a rental property kitchen and a flip/resale property?

Hi all, To make a long story short, I found a triplex property on Craigslist that needs a total rehab.

Addressing the problems is like trying to put out small individual fires in a forest that is burning.

, however, here's what I can offer...Are you also looking at rehabs? 

Has anyone bought a property and had it rehabbed?

Looking at bank owned property to rehab and live in for at least a few years.

Purchase price: $45,000 I bought the home to live in and did so until 2015 when I refinanced it for 68k to a down payment on the purchase and rehab a new house.It was then the I started renting out my original home.

I do have a bit of rehab experience, but it’s been about 10 years since I’ve had any real hands-on.So finally, to my question:Armed with this little knowledge, should I:A)Buy something quick after analyzing deals 24/7 over the next few weeksB)Wait for now, learn more and keep renting (effectively pushing back REI due to a 12-month lease)My biggest concern is the fact that if I push back the ACTION portion for a whole year, I may lose the enthusiasm and momentum that I’m so excited about.
