Hey, I was recently released from prison and looking to invest in real estate.

Is anyone aware of a real estate investing club or meetup happening near Oneonta?

I have also seen a lot of negative posts on here lately about the real estate industry so just need some assurance this is still a good route to go.This is also one of the first properties I’ve toured so I don’t want to jump too soon but I also don’t want to miss out on a good deal.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Concurrently, I want to learn about financing sources and options beyond the norm.

It only tells how much you underpaid and does not tell how much impact the sale of your property made.If you want to be more comfortable with the result, pay an experienced real estate accountant to review the work of your tax guy before it is submitted to the IRS.
